Terms and Conditions for Middleton Ross Home Report Promotion

1.     The Home Report and (the promotion) is offered by Middleton Ross (promoter) at Mansefield House, 7 High Street, Dingwall, IV15 9HJ.

2.      The promotion is open to eligible clients only. The promotion is restricted to the first 5 home reports arranged during April 2024. An eligible client is 18 years or over and whose property is not currently listed as for sale with the promoter, including employees of the promoter and their associates but excluding any other persons who are connected in any way to this promotion. Proof of identification will be required at the beginning of the agreement.

3.     Clients can participate in the promotion by entering into an agreement with the promoter between the 1^st of April 2024 and the 30^th of April 2024 (Agreement)

4.     By entering into the promotion, the client agrees to pay the entire estate agency fee in advance based on a commission rate of 1% of the Home Report valuation.

5.     Clients who are eligible for the promotion in accordance with paragraph 3 will be entitled to a free Home Report

6.     If the property is withdrawn and/or suspended from the sale the client must cover the fee of the Home Report.

7.     For any clarification about the promotion, please contact the promoter.

8.     The Home Report will only be arranged and issued once the contract issued by the promoter has been signed and adequate identification checks have been carried out. The Home Report will be carried out by the promoter's surveyor of choice.

9.     The offer is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash (whether in part or whole) or any other offer.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.

11. By taking part in this promotion, you accept these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Offer to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

13. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any instruction and its decision on the promotion shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
