Shean is an attractive detached bungalow built around 60 years ago and is situated on a large corner plot in a quiet residential street consisting of mixed styles of housing. The property is well presented but would benefit from some modernisation and redecoration. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters and the house is double glazed. There is a large attractive garden surrounding the property and off road parking is provided in the single garage and on the large driveway. There is ample room in the partially floored loft. This house would provide an ideal family home.
Directions: From Dingwall: Go over the railway bridge and turn left at the ‘Muir Bank’ on to Seaforth Road, Shean is the last house on the left before the turning for Fairmuir Road.
