George C Muirden Senior Partner Mr Muirden, who is Ross-shire born and bred, came to the firm as an apprentice in 1971, qualified in 1973, and became a partner in 1976. He deals mainly with wills and executry estates but has also been the managing partner for many years. |

Ian R Hanvidge Partner Ian, who is originally from Glasgow, joined the firm from a large city practice in 1998. A graduate of Glasgow and Dundee Universities, he was admitted as a solicitor in 1984. He deals with all forms of property transactions, leasing and securities with particular experience in commercial property deals. |

Keir C Marshall Keir, a graduate of Aberdeen University, has been a solicitor in private practice since 1974 dealing with damage claims, matrimonial and divorce, all kinds of civil and criminal cases as well as conveyancing and executries.

Sheena Macleod Sheena was born and grew up in Inverness but emigrated to Australia. After a career in banking she graduated LLB from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. She worked in private solicitors firms in Cairns, North Queensland for 7 years. Her areas of practice were criminal defence, plaintiff personal injury, employment, civil litigation, conveyancing and property law, both domestic and commercial, wills and estates. She then joined the Queensland prosecution service, called the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, where she practised as a barrister in the superior courts until her return to Scotland.
Prior to joining Middleton Ross & Arnot, Sheena spent two years with the Crown Office and the Procurator Fiscal Service in the Highland Region. She is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and she is taking transfer exams to requalify in Scots Law. She is currently undertaking work in the areas of property law, conveyancing and private clients.

Keir W Marshall Keir went to school at Culloden Academy, near Inverness. He was an Officer Cadet in the Merchant Nay for 18 months before leaving to retrain as a solicitor.

John Maxwell John, who has been in Ross-shire since he was 3 years old, recently graduated from Dundee University with a 2(1) Honours Degree.
