We, and many other Solicitors in Scotland, have been selling properties for longer than the words 'estate agents' have been in use. It has always been an integral part of the business and there are always at least two full time staff dedicated to it. Our long experience, and knowledge of the local market is unrivalled and our only aim is to do the best for our clients untainted by any pressure to sell mortgages or insurance products to clients or prospective purchasers. Our aim is to inspect properties promptly and give suggested valuations and prepare draft particulars within a few days and once a property has gone on the market, arrange viewings, keep in touch with potential purchasers and bring matters to a successful conclusion by achieving an acceptable offer.

We maintain a mailing list of potential purchasers who are circulated with properties that may be of interest to them. Apart from the displays in our own windows in Dingwall and Alness and advertising in the local press and this website, we are members of the Highland Solicitors’ Property Centre and we can also have access to other Property Centres throughout Scotland and can therefore deal with properties in any area. Generally, we cover the whole of Ross and Cromarty from East Coast to West, Sutherland, Inverness, Nairn and the Great Glen area.

We also deal with residential properties to let, marketing the property and preparing the Short Assured Tenancy.
