Employers now have many duties imposed upon them in relation to their employees by statutes. The main statutory provisions are the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employees) Regulations which are known as TUPE Regulations.
We can advise employees and employers about their rights and conduct negotiations in the event of a dispute and provide representation at Industrial Tribunals should the matter require to be decided there.
