COMPANY FORMATION AND OTHER COMMERCIAL MATTERS
A limited company may be the appropriate vehicle for a business enterprise or a company limited by guarantee may be appropriate for a community enterprise seeking lottery funding. Ancillary deeds such as shareholder agreements, floating charges, standard securities or personal undertakings by directors may also be necessary. We cannot claim to act for large public limited companies in multi-million pound deals but for small to medium sized enterprises we can do what is required.
If incorporation as a company is not appropriate to the circumstances we can advise you on operating as a sole trader or in a partnership. No matter what kind of business you are in you may require advice on many different subjects, negotiating and preparing contracts for the supply of goods and services, employment contracts for your staff, copyright, purchase or leasing of premises and obtaining liquor or other necessary licences.
